Golden Afternoon - Silk Brick - Polyartgirl Inspirations (Wonderland Fibers)
Some of the most luxurious and beautiful silk I've ever laid my hands on.
This is for sale under Polyartgirl Inspirations at Spindies, the online Art Fiber Festival.
This is some of the softest, most luxurious silk I've ever had the pleasure of touching. It's not sticky like silk can sometimes be. It's soft and spins like a dream.
This brick has much of the natural sparkling white still shining through. The dyed parts are professional acid dyes in warm green and orange.
Silk brick comes in a roving that is about a hand wide. It's long fibers are aligned and may be spun into a very even yarn if that's what you desire.
100% top quality silk, hand wash any yarn or garment made from this fiber to keep it sparkling for many years to come.
